Your Mission:  

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Sales professional to help drive significant growth in the North American market for our anti-financial crime software solution. Our ideal candidate will be in the epicenter of the Fintech boom and have prior experience selling a leading-edge AI-based Compliance solution. They will target Fintech and payment companies, neo banks, crypto exchanges as well as other financial institutions across North America. Their passion for hunting and business development will enable them to fit right in with our high-velocity, US-based Sales team and be central to win new logos for HAWK:AI. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Company’s sales goals  
  • Proactively identify and close new account opportunities in an assigned market, from initial identification through pursuit to close 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and consistent experience to our partners and clients
  • Maintain up-to-date account information in the Company’s CRM, including contacts, opportunities, and pipeline, with appropriate placement of opportunities by sales stage and close date to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Manage pipeline through forecasting, account strategy, and ecosystem partnerships
  • Engage with senior decision-makers in the designate market segments, qualify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals
  • Provide valuable market feedback and product intelligence to the Company’s Product and Strategy teams
  • Contribute towards onboarding and training of the Lead Generation and junior sales team members, through coaching and development opportunities
  • Attend industry trade show and conferences as a delegate, meeting with prospects, clients, and partners 

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred 
  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience selling SaaS solutions  
  • Prior experience with compliance, AML and Fraud background is a strong plus  
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently 
  • Strong knowledge of the company, business, brand, and products; understanding of the company and its position in the market and industry 
  • Smart, ambitious, motivated and passionate self-starter that is self-directed and able to execute independently 
  • A keen commercial instinct to determine which opportunities to prioritize and a consultative approach to close business 
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills  
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment 
  • Ability to navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and stakeholders 
  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, German, etc.) a strong plus
