Job Details

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.







Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.







Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

This high impact role will have accountability and responsibility for the definition and execution of a set of our top alliance relationships and plans, and be a member of the broader NAA A&C Alliances team reporting to the leader of the NAA A&C Alliances Team.







/ Specific responsibilities include: /







Lead effort for developing long term strategic partnerships that deliver measurable results at or above expectations with named business alliance and channel partners.







Actively track joint initiatives, pipeline, and implementations/engagements to meet/exceed quarterly & annual revenue and KPI targets.







Facilitate development of strategic marketing & sales plans that clearly identify opportunities and create demand resulting in incremental revenue growth for Oracle and assigned partners







Monitor partner s business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.







Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Oracle A&C standards.







Regularly interacts across functional areas w/management/executives to ensure unit objectives are met.







Influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.







/ Qualified candidates should have: /







Deep working knowledge and experience in managing large and complex Alliances.







Proven track record in LOB SaaS sales including sales completed with and through partners/channels







Ability to quickly assimilate and prioritize information and requests.







Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organization navigation skills.







Demonstrated capability to drive impact and influence through others.
