ADP is hiring in Client Services, an Associate Renewal Specialist for Health & Benefits. In this position, you will work with a team of client management experts to ensure client satisfaction. From proactive outreach to product escalations, you will be the day-to-day contact with our clients, enhancing the relationship, building trust and securing a long-term relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

\r\n
    \r\n
  • In this service role, the primary focus is the retention of our existing client base through providing a memorable client experience such as quoting, remarketing, renewing and recommending of all ADP product types.
  • \r\n
  • Responsible for all communication with our small business clients regarding annual group health policies that include but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, and Chiro.
  • \r\n
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with clients by providing strategic support of their initiatives
  • \r\n
  • Proactive reach out to an assigned book of business to understand client's strategy for the year's renewal.
  • \r\n
  • Build and enhance business partnerships by building trust with key client decision makers.
  • \r\n
  • Maintain effective client relationships by ensuring product and service offerings are in line with client expectations
  • \r\n
  • Apply industry and practitioner knowledge to understand and support client business objectives
  • \r\n
  • Maximize retention by working with the client and ADP management to resolve any issues that arise and are in our control
  • \r\n
  • Act as a liaison between client and ADP, collaborating with other ADP teams including Product Management, Implementation, Sales and more
  • \r\n
  • Work with all insurance carriers on the client's behalf.
  • \r\n
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

\r\n
    \r\n
  • Minimum of two years of experience in client support related to life & health insurance
  • \r\n
  • High School diploma
  • \r\n
\r\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Life & Health Insurance License
  • \r\n
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • \r\n
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • \r\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and platform skills
  • \r\n
  • Results-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
  • \r\n
  • Deadline-oriented
  • \r\n
  • Comfortable working in an office environment
  • \r\n
  • Previous benefits experience preferred
  • \r\n
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) preferred
