Intuit’s strategy in France is spearheaded by QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Online is the world’s number one online accounting software and has over 1.5m subscribers worldwide. It’s the highest rated accounting software mobile app with 4.5 stars.

 

 

QuickBooks Online offers small businesses and self-employed people a number of key benefits. These include:

 

 

  • See how you’re doing: view real-time dashboards in 30 secs
  • Improve your cash flow: easily track unpaid invoices
  • Reduce manual data entry: download bank transactions automatically
  • Stay compliant: get your taxes right

QuickBooks France launched our product officially last month and the team is now 30 people. The team is mainly a go to market team of sales people, marketers and customer care, but we also have an onsite product management and product development team. We have all the fun of a fast-paced scrappy start-up, but with the backing of a 5-billion-dollar Silicon Valley based business. We are also getting it right when it comes to engaging the team, as we came number 2 on the ‘Best Places to Work’ list the first year we entered.

 

 

Head of Sales:

 

The role reports to the Country Leader for France.

 

Key relationships: FR management team, Country MDs, Marketing and Sales leaders, QuickBooks Small Business Group (SBG) leadership; customers, and partners.

Qualifications

 

The Role:

 

  • Shape and implement a 1-3-year sales strategy that will ensure ongoing double digit growth for the company
  • Utilize external market data to inform strategy and Go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
  • Research, analyze and provide strategic advice to clarify, plan and monitor the growth of Intuit revenues and market share
  • Drive strategic projects/initiatives focused on GTM sales strategies
  • Drive customer empathy and build strong network with our key accountant partners and associations
  • Apply financial rigor and business acumen to all initiatives
  • Constantly look for ways to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Develop a talent management plan that supports the strategic and future needs of the business and drives for performance
  • Inspire the team to rise to the challenge

 

What you will be:

 

Expert in managing sales teams:

  • Excelled in roles that significantly improved the customer journey and customer life time value
  • Proven track record in driving improved retention, value growth, revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction across technology solutions
  • Experienced people manager who has built high performing teams and demonstrated evidence of developing and implementing execution strategies to effectively manage, coach and balance both team and individual goals

 

Strong strategic thinker:

  • Strategic thinker who can focus on the big opportunities and has demonstrated ability to “dig in” to make things happen
  • Proven ability to manage for both the short term and long term, for positive ROI
  • Influencer across internal and external stakeholders
