We take care of our customers with customized communication solutions that save them time and money. After we’ve installed the nurse call system, locating system, paging system, or sound system, we integrate it easily with their network, customize it to fit their needs, and train them how to use it.

Job Description

The Talent Management team at Electronic Sound is seeking a Professional Outside Sales Representative to support their Nebraska and Western Iowa Healthcare clients. This position will require the sales of specialized life safety and communications systems and equipment. Sales efforts will be directed to Administrative and C-Level customers.




  • Identify and develop new relationships and sales opportunities from industry knowledge and sales leads
  • Maintain existing relationships and provide sales and support to established customers as well as facilitate interaction and relationships between Electronic Sound, Inc. and assigned clients
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales and Marketing, Sales Support staff, and Project Managers to provide excellent customer service
  • Utilize Mandatory training on specific life safety and communications systems
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in real-time
  • Ability to travel to clients within Sales Territory
  • Other duties may be assigned





  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or sales related discipline 
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience as a top level sales performer in the Healthcare (software and technology sales) industry
  • Self - starter with professional outside sales experience
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities
  • Experience with setting appointments while managing territories, projects and effectively communicating progress across the organization
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ability to read floor plans is preferred
