We are currently hiring experienced overachievers for our Inside Sales team in Mississauga. You will be partnering with Small Business’s in promoting our SaaS (Software as a Service) QuickBooks Online and mobile offerings.

 

Primary responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships at all levels within the Small Business
  • Assisting all partners through the initial signup and education stage
  • Develop proficiency and knowledge of Intuit’s products and solutions with the ability to clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to address customer needs
  • Actively uses metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers, while developing contingency plans to address shortfalls on a weekly basis
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and a set of cross-functional business unit colleagues to drive results

 

Qualifications

 
    • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales
    • Understands the characteristics of effective relationship management
    • Possesses the personal and business skills to develop and maintain an ongoing customer relationship
    • Handles day-to-day escalations, adversities and uncertainties in a solution oriented way
    • Demonstrates the concept of value-based selling
    • Continues to learn methods for resolving issues and moving forward during any part of the sales cycle
    • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a variety of sales tools, techniques and methodologies
    • Proficient in all aspects of sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
    • Ability to predict probability of a sale at each and all phases of the sales cycle with high degree of accuracy
