Manager, Partner Operations

\r\n

The Manager Partner, Operations is responsible for the coordination of the partner program processes across different execution pillars that span product and technology, implementation, sales and alliances, marketing, finance, strategy and PMO. Supporting a partner-facing Partner Program that defines program structure, segments, gives and gets, engagement models, value pillars, rules of engagement, and more. You will assist in the creation of partner program content, documentation and materials; including partner-facing, internal and external resources. As well as assisting in the creation and execution of partner program standard operating procedures and measurement criteria for internal as well as partner/client-facing support needs.

This position builds upon the vision to establish a scalable and efficient, partner-led go-to-market business model. It will accelerate ADP's Compliance Solutions business unit's growth and drive partner leverage throughout the customer experience journey. This role will work with the Partner Connect team to develop and manage processes and systems across a matrix organization that spans product and technology, program management organization, sales and alliances, implementation, finance, marketing, strategy, and general managers to align and scale the partner business.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with cross functional teams and build rapport with clients and stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills, and are comfortable contributing to change management.

  • Manage and administer partner program processes that align, coordinate and orchestrate partner value delivery across different pillars in the partner organization.
  • \r\n
  • Review and respond to potential and existing partner program inquiries
  • \r\n
  • Manage partner on-boarding and administration including new partner approval, payment, portal set up, communication and access to enablement and training
  • \r\n
  • In conjunction with the Partner Connect Data and Reporting team, coordinate and deliver regularly scheduled reports on partner and program performance
  • \r\n
  • Drive the scheduling, creation, execution and follow up for partner webinars
  • \r\n
  • Drive the scheduling, creation and execution of partner communications including oversight of partner contact database
  • \r\n
  • Coordinate feature and function enhancement and content management of partner portal
  • \r\n

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    \r\n
  • Bachelor's degree
  • \r\n
  • 5-7 years' experience in partner program management, content development and marketing, and/or cross functional project management environment
  • \r\n
  • At least 3 years' experience in B2B Enterprise technology market
  • \r\n
  • At least 3 years' experience with the creation of internal and external content, leveraging various media types
  • \r\n

  • At least 3 years' experience in a Partner Program role, with strong technology and delivery orientation
  • \r\n
  • Ability to blend product, technology and business strategy to develop vision and strategy for partner success
  • \r\n
  • Experience working closely with partner operations, partner management, sales, clients, vendors and other partners\r\n
      \r\n
    • Strong partner and client relationship building skills
    • \r\n
    • Understanding of ERP market and system integrator eco-system a plus
    • \r\n
    \r\n
  • \r\n
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • \r\n
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions\r\n
      \r\n
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Visio
    • \r\n
    \r\n
