Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important. Ability to hire and train new Alliance Consultants. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence.

*Areas of Responsibilities:*

* *Thought leadership*: Build, manage, and go-to-market with a Cloud partner ecosystem that is aligned with the objectives of the NA Cloud strategy

* *Strategy: *In conjunction with SS&P leadership and Strategy resources,**assess current state of Oracle partner ecosystem, prioritize needs, develop/evolve Partner value prop pitch, and identify partners to be recruited

* *Partner Engagement*: Recruit, onboard, and activate Cloud Services partners that will ultimately drive migration/implementation of workloads on Oracle Cloud

* *Partner Enablement*: Develop and execute Partner Enablement initiatives in alignment with NACT business priorities

* *OPN Alignment*: Drive alignment with and consumption of Oracle Global OPN programs

* *Pipeline Development*: Develop and execute Revenue Generation initiatives in alignment with NACT business priorities

* *Sales alignment: *Promote qualified partners toOracle Sales to foster engagement on targeted opportunities or markets

* *Partner Capabilities*: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of Partner Capabilities. Provide summaries of Partner Capabilities in alignment with NACT A&C business needs. Develop appropriate communications plans

* *Competitiveness*: Retain marketplace knowledge to ensure competitiveness of Oracle value proposition

* *Manage Cloud Service Delivery Partner Management team:* Recruit, build, and grow a world class Cloud Services Delivery Partner Manager team that consistently exceeds performance metrics and compensation goals with a diverse and inclusive talent pool

*Role Expectations:*

1. Assess, curate, and promote partners based on use case expertise

a. Role will primarily involve cloud focused products but will also support Oracle on prem products leveraged in Hybrid cloud deployments

b. Establish data driven criteria standards (certs, specializations, references, etc.)

c. Assess, rate, and document active partners

d. Track data for all programs

e. Promote top partners to sales coordinating with Channel/Partner Management

2. Develop strategic pipeline/revenue programs in conjunction with North America Cloud & Technology Alliances & Channels leadership

a. Document objectives, strategies, and actions

b. Secure funding for marketing activities with/through partners

c. Establish goals, metrics, and tracking within the scope

d. Document Roles and Responsibilities for cross organization participation (RACI)

f. Communicate the program both internally and externally

g. Regularly send out reports on results

h. Adjust program, as needed

3. Develop and execute an enablement plan

a. Assess corporate enablement offerings and promote to partners

b. Identify gaps and develop enablement programs to address

i. Secure resources, event management, and funding to execute events

c. Continually assess market and partner needs and develop new programs to fill those needs

* Experienced manager, preferably of diverse set of roles within their organization

* Ability to formulate and present executive level QBRs, proposals, and business plans
