Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.



Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.



Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

As Commercialization Director, you are holistically responsible for commercial success of Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) products if you don t succeed, ODC doesn t succeed. It is a senior position on a highly autonomous team, providing high profile exposure to top executives at ODC. Unlike any other role at the company, you are challenged with proactively diagnosing designing, and executing all of the items needed to ensure commercial success. You are someone who is energized by uniting cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, Commercialization, and Marketing under a common goal. You get the chance to join a highly performing team of enterprise-wide CEOs of respective ODC business areas of Audience, Context, Measurement, Platform, and Identity.







_Key Responsibilities_







* CEO/General Manager Ownership: Proactive development of new commercialization process, and new business plans to the highest level of professional excellence, across all assigned products and partners, internal and externally, that exceed business goals and expectations. Work with Executive Team to codify business-wide objectives to achieve them such that Leadership is aligned and consistently able to articulate the current direction & desired outcomes of the enterprise.

* Mastery of Influence, Relationships, & Motivation: Build long-term, strategic relationships from the first handshake with key partners, both known and yet-to-be-discovered, in Product, Sales, Commercialization, and Marketing. Act as a key voice in new product strategy and prioritization, in addressing sales needs and gaps, and act as Chief Problem Solver for everything in-between that would limit commercial success.

* Bias-Towards-Action Execution: Redefine what successful launch and adoption means of all assigned products to AdAge Top 200 and mid-market companies, as well as the supporting platforms and agencies. Success criteria includes but is not limited to adoption rate of new products, revenue growth, and other KPIs as identified as needed to define success.

* Self-Driven Market Expert: Constant desire to consume new information and demonstrate knowledge mastery of assigned products that rivals that of the respective product leads. Aggregate & synthesize market opportunities, feedback & market needs from proactive interrogation of ODC partners and customers to inform overarching strategy & product development. Clearly communicate the value of these insights and make strategic recommendations to key stakeholders. Monitor business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration and adoption across the market.







_Requirements_







* 8 years of related experience, product marketing, product management, or project management

* Professional experience in the ad tech industry is preferred; nice to have direct experience in ad sales

* Exceptional relationship-building skills to motivate cross-functional teams; nice to have experience engaging with executives and C-suite

* Approach our team as a leading individual contributor, team member, and self-driven team leader providing direction and mentoring to others; ability to take ownership of a full project while also being a team player

* Energized by change & challenge; thrive in non-routine and complex environments, involving application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization

* Creative problem solver; confident challenging the way things have been done & proposing solutions; shown success performing in an agile fast-paced environment

* Bachelor s degree; MBA or master s degree is preferred

* Willing to travel 25%
