Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

Your in-depth knowledge of macro digital advertising trends combined with your relationship building and analytical abilities shapes how existing solutions evolve, and new solutions innovate. Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, ODC s Commercialization team is dedicated empowering sales to sell and product to build by handling (practically) everything in between.

Using your influencing and communication skills, you provide front-page caliber research, market analysis, and market interrogation of client-facing sellers, product leads, and leveraged industry contacts. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently uncover the business needs of Oracle s clients, and understand how trends of market feedback signal opportunities to innovate our range of solutions. Working with leaders across the company, you establish and facilitate a new approach of organizing client feedback and industry trends against company strategy into tools and processes to improve innovation velocity.

_Key Responsibilities_

* Aggregate & synthesize market opportunities, feedback & market needs from proactive interrogation of ODC partners and customers to inform overarching strategy & product development.

* Oversee research and synthesize industry intelligence, partner feedback and client insights to influence product and business strategy for Oracle.

* Clearly communicate the value of these insights and make strategic recommendations to key stakeholders. Monitor business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration and adoption across the market.

* Manage the end-to-end completion of multiple projects while coordinating among a range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.

* Analyze data trends and client performance. Develop solid strategic plans and prepare and conduct strategic presentations.

* Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

* Build long-term, strategic relationships from the first handshake with key partners, both known and yet-to-be-discovered, in Product, Sales, Commercialization, and Marketing.


* 4 years of related experience, product marketing, product management, or project management

* 4 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing at an agency, technology or media company.

* Preferred working experience at a management consulting firm.

* Energized by change & challenge; thrive in non-routine and complex environments, involving application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

* Creative problem solver; confident challenging the way things have been done & proposing solutions; shown success performing in an agile fast-paced environment.

* Bachelor s degree; MBA or master s degree is preferred

* Willing to travel 25%
