Job Details

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Manage and own GTMrelationships between Oracle Data Cloud and The Trade Desk partnershipteams

Be the subject matterexpert for all ODC|TTD solutions

Enable and educate bothODC and TTD go-to-market teams to ensure there is broadknowledge and understanding of how ODC productofferings benefit TTD business.

Provide sales supportand strategy to GTM teams to maximize revenue opportunities

Manage and own GTMrelationships between Oracle Data Cloud and The Trade Desk partnershipteams

Acquire an understandingof The Trade Desk s sales needs and work with partner management to prioritizeand roll out new solutions

Partner Development willwork to build relationships within The Trade Desk & identify strategicopportunities that drive revenue for both parties. By understanding TTD sbusiness and ensuring the marketplace knows our joint capabilities, you willhelp solve real world marketing challenges for The Trade Desk, brands andagencies.

This critical rolereports to the TTD Partner Development lead and works closely withother members of the Partner Development and Partner Management teams. This isnot a digital media sales position but an opportunity to interface with allparts of the digital ad-tech ecosystem, acting as the primary evangelistfor Oracle Data Cloud products and services available across The TradeDesk. *Key responsibilitiesinclude:*

Manage relationshipswith The Trade Desk sales and account management teams, with a focus on growingrevenue.

Be the ODC salespoint person for assigned TTD sales team and the TTD point person for assigned ODCsales teams to build a strategic, mutually beneficial partnership.

Ability to translateideas into the programmatic space including, but not limited to, measurement,data targeting and performance pricing models

Understand how topackage solutions to support marketing objectives

Drive sales and seller educationby hosting formal partner trainings and meetings. Be the eyes and ears on theground, delivering feedback to the Partner Development Lead and PartnerManagement team to prioritize business initiatives within TTD.

Drive education andseller trainings with TTD API Partners

Gather competitiveinsights and market feedback to prioritize internal development at the ODC.

Build relationships withall sales and account management leads

Map and understand TheTrade Desk s GTM org: identify key players, decision makers, andinfluencers

Account Planning: know assignedsales reps accounts for purpose of prioritizing and driving resourcesinternally to align with demand

Serve as the day-to-daysales/solutions contact for assigned ODC and TTD Sales & Account teams

Cover and attend allpertinent Partner or Client facing events

Ensure the ODC isrepresented and our content is pushed at these events by TTD itself* *

*Skills and Qualifications:*

5 years sales, salessupport, or business development experience working at or with advertisingagencies, or digital media providers (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs)

Experience in salesand/or account management with a CPG industry experience a plus

Demonstrated track recordin the ability to build and grow revenue oriented businesses.

Strong understandingof data-driven targeting practice

Strong understanding ofboth online and offline measurement tools and solutions

Solid verbal,interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to makeexecutive level presentations.

Ability to manage withina very dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Demonstrated ability toself-motivate yet prize team collaboration.

Bachelor Degree required

Ability to travel up to50%
