Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.



Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.



Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Oracle policies, procedures, products and sales cycle. Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs. Understands business drivers and their relationship to Oracle products. Proven ability to develop prospect pipeline. Excellent account management skills, including skills to analyze, qualify, position, justify, and close. Prior successful sales record and a desire to succeed. Five plus years sales experience.



*Responsibilities:*

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts). Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Desired Skills and Experience

Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment, collaboration and leadership

Preferred 5 year s applications sales / sales management experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience selling within the OMC landscape (email, cross channel marketing, content marketing, social marketing, data management platform)

Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategy

Ability to penetrate accounts and represent the broader Oracle value proposition as well as specific Service Automation-based value and capability messaging

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are staples of the position

There will be a travel requirement

Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
