The team has high integrity, is fun, engaged and focused on strong growth aspirations and we are looking for more top talent to join us on the journey to success.   We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Account Manager to help support our Top 100 accounts in the UK, this core role has a direct reporting line into the Inside Sales Manager. She or he will be working with the Top 100 Business Development Manager in Southern and Northern territories to support our accountant partners in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) QuickBooks online and mobile offerings as applicable.     This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor with a broad record of accomplishment as a top performing account manager who can work well collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.       Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the growth new subscription growth on existing accounts
  • Works closely with the implementation team to increase account activation and keep low attrition
  • Attend Vision Workshops and be central to building and delivering JBPs
  • Work closely with Sales Ops to ensure that SFDC is fully utilized
  • Responsible for following up client attach and SUI leads
  • Works closely with the BDM to co-ordinate and deliver the Top 100 acquisition plan
  • Develop proficiency and knowledge of Intuit’s products and solutions with the ability to clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to address customer needs
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and a set of cross-functional business unit colleagues to drive result

Qualifications

  Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience or similar is ideal
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills – and the ability to follow through and manage a large workload
  • Ability to present to audiences
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer first attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to innovate and analyze alternative solutions – specific to the target at hand
  • Detail focused, executes with excellence and owns the outcome
  • Track record of excellent partnering, collaboration and influencing across company functions and different cultures
  • Builds strong professional relationships with our external partners
  • Organize and lead the coordination with partners to facilitate sales
  • Thrives on change and has an infectious ‘can do’ attitude
  • Self motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day
  • Builds professional and personal relationships with our external partners.
