Training design and delivery will include the technical features and functional aspects to enable the effective use of systems, tools, and processes by learners, provide new and experienced associates the ability to do their jobs, and to ensure clients are prepared for their initial and on-going utilization of the product offerings, features, and support services. The Senior Learning Consultant will have the experience and ability to use modern digital authoring/video tools to design self-paced learning and instructor-led learning to support new associates and clients as well as to advance proficiency of associates and clients throughout the product and service lifecycle (e.g., product releases, process changes, role changes).\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EInstructional Design:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EApply efficient and agile approaches to design and develop learning solutions, using ADP learning design standards and tools, to meet the learning needs of ADP associates and clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalyze, design, develop and evaluate client and associate functional, technical, or skills training that allows for the effective and efficient use of systems, tools, and processes to provide clients and associates with the skills required to perform their job tasks.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner with Service, Implementation and Product Management teams to understand and analyze learning needs.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAchieve productivity goals and focus on efficiency and effectiveness in delivering timely solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure solutions are not redundant with other available resources.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELeverage learner and stakeholder feedback, performance data, and business metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDelivery: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDeliver functional, technical, and/or soft skills training to associates and clients. This may include new hire orientation and/or any rotational associate training, and all product curricula, enhancement product curricula, and associated process and soft skill training as a result of a new system release, a new job tool or process, as well as role specific process changes.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EApply adult learning theory to adapt delivery to learning styles of participants.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct field observations and participating in field activities such as: side-by-side calls and roundtables to drive associate engagement and ensure content remains relevant, updated, and effective.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitate developmental tests and pilot sessions to ensure effective learning of the performance-based objectives and provide updates to existing training curriculum by providing assessing class flow, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EApply facilitation skills to manage group and individual dynamics to maintain an appropriate learning environment and ensure that the objectives of the training are met.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDesign \u0026 Development:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEngage team members and business partners in the design process to ensure that solution design is flexible and addresses the unique needs of the learners.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrate effective solution design, considering the reality of the work environment that impacts learning and incorporates these factors into the design.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop within an increasingly broad set of learning modalities and tools, ensuring solutions developed are not redundant with other available resources and that appropriate continuous learning and performance support concepts are applied\u003Cstrong\u003E.\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EFunctional Knowledge: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKeep up-to-date and proficient on products and processes used by the Enterprise Learning organization to facilitate training (ie. Virtual training tools), prep the classroom, (ie. Desktop imaging/cleanup tools) and enroll and track course enrollment (ie. Learning Management System).\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EConsulting: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUnderstand associate performance goals and consult with associates on how to best apply tools and processes to efficiently and effectively perform their roles.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMay provide feedback to participants\u0027 managers, the Learning Business Partner, or Enterprise Learning leadership on skill gaps that exist within the business group or job function and recommend solutions for bridging gaps.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWhere applicable, understand client business needs and consult with clients on how to best utilize products and services to meet the business need.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMonitor Learning Outcomes: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELeverage learner and stakeholder feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe instructional designer demonstrates that learning solutions result in the intended business impact and are aligned to the needs and priorities of the business.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffectively assist with the roll-out of classroom solutions to ensure they\u0027re delivered in alignment with Solution Design Manager\u003Cstrong\u003E.\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQualifications Required:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree with Major Area of Concentration in Training, Education, Human Resources, business, other related fields.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E3 - 5 Years, experience in Instructional Design and Delivery.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThis position will both have office time in Roseland, NJ as well as our Innovation Lab in Chelsea, NYC.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E#LI-GR1\u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003EPreference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience in HCM industry a plus.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECognition, adult learning, instructional design and delivery theories and processes.
