Much beyond next generation access & identity technology spanning passwordless authentication, AI-based risk assessment, behavioral analytics, conversational interfaces, access governance, omnichannel user engagements, adaptable workflows, etc.; your role is to empathize with the end user, and to power over 70 ADP products and services that these users interact with ranging from job applicants to retirees, literally from cradle to grave.

You will be the Senior Product Owner (SPO) of ADP's client-facing Access & Identity Management platform, leading a stellar team of product managers, and partnering with very efficient and talented R&D, UX and Development teams across the globe. You will be responsible for understanding market and industry needs, defining a strategic vision, creating the product roadmap, securing funding, developing products in a high-throughput Agile manner, and measuring business outcomes. You will also play a highly outbound role, working with our strategic clients, external partners, ADP executives, representing ADP at industry conferences, collaborating with marketing, establishing thought leadership, and identifying new business models and market opportunities for ADP.

What you'll do:

  • Deeply understand the needs of users and ADP clients as it relates access and identity, above all defining the user experience that the product needs to deliver
  • Formulate the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization, collaborating with key business units within ADP
  • Lead a team of senior product managers to achieve high performance, high retention and new-talent attraction, high employee engagement, and measurable talent growth
  • Apply domain knowledge in access and identity to help shape strategic direction and priorities for the portfolio and its integrated products
  • Work directly with UX, scrum development and DevOps teams in creating and grooming features and user stories, planning sprints and releases, continuous deployments, conducting retrospectives, tracking and improving velocity and predictability\u2028
  • Drive customer centric and user centric design, acceptance testing and marketing as the product(s) move to production and is being adopted
  • Become and internal and external evangelizer for identity solutions, leveraging your thought leadership and knowledge of the search space
  • Identify value propositions that improve ADP's product overall user experience by leveraging identity and access capabilities
  • Define appropriate metrics, OKRs, KPIs to drive focus and alignment among the product team, and implement the right instrumentation to measure business outcomes with precision
  • Collaborate with marketing, business incubation, sales and service teams on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved
  • Identify new value-creation opportunities, devise product and market experiments, including business case, funding and P&L management

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven project or product management experience
  • 4+ years of managerial experience, with high retention rates, preferably managing product teams
  • Superb communication skills, able to engage and influence business and technical stakeholders, excelling at presentation to customers and large audiences
  • Possess and ability to produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs
  • Analytical skills to be able to discern patterns based on results and data, to then establish objective and effective decision making and prioritization. You must obsess with data, statistics and be fluent with mathematical models
  • Domain knowledge in the access and identity management space, as well as cloud platforms in general
  • Maniacal focus on disciplined agile execution, continuous improvement and attention to details
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field or equivalent in education and experience
  • Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Analytic skills to synthesize data, provide business level metrics and communicate based on data
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product

  • Strong technical background that allows you to influence technical design and investment decisions Product experience with Human Capital Management solutions
  • Expert experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, competitive pressures and proven experience applying to product strategy & roadmap.
