A HRBPO PEO sales representative who generates sales exclusively through SBS accountant centric DMs, accountant referrals and referred clients. Each Centric rep receives a list of SBS accountant centric DMs and is expected to coordinate with their regional SBS SM and Channel Executive to manage the SBS centric relationship to gain access to SBS assigned accounitng firms. Meet and exceed sales targets with expected results are 75% of units from SBS/accountant units and 25% from HRBPO client referrals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and growing relationships with SBS accounting firms by acting as a business partner with SBS and accountants to provide PEO, Comp Services, and ASO HR strategies for their clients. Services include industry updates, CPE offerings,benchmarking, CPA experience.
  • \r\n
  • Maintain weekly strategic actiivty levels of a minimum of 40 face-to-face accountant meetings with a goal of 8 referrals and 1 closed units a month. Additionally, incorporating SBS centric team meetings into their weekly activity schedule.
  • \r\n
  • Complete 4 CPA experience meetings a month
  • \r\n
  • Act as a additional point of contact for firms and their referred and identified mutual clients while continually providing additional updated products and services to these clients.
  • \r\n
  • Work together with HRBPO and SBS SM, SE and Channel Executive to develop executive calling list to establish new accountant relationships with firms with strongest fit industry specific client base.
  • \r\n
  • Maintain and update activity and contact information for assigned firms in Sales Force.Com
  • \r\n
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
