EUC/ATM Technical & Application Management Specialist II


Position Summary:


Provides exceptional customer service to the end user community. Assists with troubleshooting and resolving end user hardware and software issues. Works efficiently, effectively and within the company policies and guidelines. Comfortable providing end user support in a face to face environment as well as remotely.


Essential duties and


  • Receive, configure and deploy laptops for new associates and assist with new hire training.\r\n
  • Provide end user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, peripherals, etc. for the user community.\r\n
  • Provide PC replacements when needed.\r\n
  • Complete data restores from backup.\r\n
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures in order to meet service levels set for the team.\r\n
  • Document resolutions and contribute to the team Knowledge Base.\r\n
  • Escalate issues to the management team when required.\r\n

 Education & Certification Requirements:


College degree and/or job related certifications preferred


Experience and Skills Requirements:


Requires 2 -- 3 years of experience with the following skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills\r\n
  • Ability to work as part of a team\r\n
  • Experience with hardware/software support and troubleshooting\r\n
  • Mac experience required\r\n
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills\r\n
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal\r\n
