ADP is seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing - National Accounts. ADP is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing leader for the large employer market (1,000+ EE sized companies). This is an exciting time for ADP with a keen focus on delivering award winning innovations such as Marketplace, DataCloud and much more on the way. The successful candidate will be a key leader within the team with responsibility to drive the end-to-end Go to Market strategy for the large employer market segment including but not limited to market research requirements, identification of product growth opportunities, positioning and messaging, creating early adopter and engagement programs, launching the product both internally and externally, and driving awareness and sales for the large employer market. By providing an outside-in perspective on ADP's ability to meet changing needs, this key team member will help inform and accelerate efforts to drive growth. This role reports into the Division Vice President of Product Marketing and Strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

\r\n\r\n
    \r\n
  • Provide an outside-in view of the Human Capital Management (HCM) category to ADP, with a particular focus on large companies through strategic sales channels.
  • \r\n
  • Identify and drive competitive differentiation for ADP in this market. Create and implement product marketing strategies which leverage ADP's strong innovative approach to elevate ADP's position in the large employer market for full HCM. Clearly articulate our value proposition in product and offering messaging guides and source material. Translate ADP's product and service capabilities into real business value for clients and prospects.

  • Define and size opportunities for growth, and develop go-to-market strategies to capture those revenue opportunities.
  • \r\n
  • Work closely with the Market Insights teams to drive market research initiatives that support portfolio development (sensing) and underpin thought-leadership opportunities.
  • \r\n
  • Work closely with the Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence and Market Insights team to establish and validate external buyer perspective in our value drivers and messaging.
  • \r\n
  • Act as the link between Product Management, Corporate / Business Unit Marketing and Sales to ensure effective launch plans, marketing plans and communications are created and followed for go-to-market success. Serve as the central point of ownership for all product marketing activities in support of the product strategy. Align and drive market execution team.
  • \r\n
  • Drive product experience strategies across the buyer journey, in conjunction with digital, marketing, and business unit sales operations.
  • \r\n
  • Implement and maintain solid measurement and metrics. Track and analyze the effectiveness of product changes on sales, client penetration, utilization, pipeline growth and other key metrics. Work with Sales, Strategy and Finance counterparts to set targets for sales (units, segments, etc.), and growth.
  • \r\n
  • Evangelize the large employer product portfolio and communicate notable product changes to internal and external audiences through roadmap presentations, demos, source messaging and other artifacts. Serve as liaison with industry analysts and other external stakeholders.
  • \r\n
  • Identify key industry trends. Keep up to date on all regulatory issues and other domain, technology and industry trends that impact the large employer market. Team with internal stakeholders to create content and messaging for executive positioning, 'selling ideas up' and tradeshows, promotions, etc. Work closely with Field Marketing on all execution plans.
  • \r\n
  • Drive the strategy and product messaging for large employer solutions in several key client and analyst events. Represent solutions to industry analysts for public assessments such as the Gartner MQ.
  • \r\n
  • Lead a team of Product Marketers focused on driving success in this market.
  • \r\n

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 - 15 years in a marketing or product marketing role.
  • \r\n
  • Demonstrated experience in building breakthrough product positioning, messaging for sales and customers, and go-to-market strategies that drive marketing execution plans and business results.
  • \r\n
  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • \r\n
  • Track record of developing, prioritizing and delivering on initiatives that deliver value.
  • \r\n
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • \r\n
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting to and working with senior leaders.
  • \r\n
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various complex businesses and key functions.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and within an environment of rapidly changing priorities.
  • \r\n
